Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certificate and high school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year back-office MA experience in outpatient/clinic setting preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• National MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clerical support in clinical settings.
• Document all specialties in the EHR and support Back-Office processes.
• Mentor and train MA team and assist Nursing Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in achieving department goals and patient experience targets.
