AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Medical Assistant II at our Huntington Beach clinic. The MA II welcomes patients, assists in direct care, and manages clinical and back-office tasks while documenting in the EHR.

Qualified candidates have a MA certificate and HS diploma, with bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred. A valid BLS is required; phlebotomy certification and MA national certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certificate and high school diploma required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• National MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and routine procedures in clinical setting.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities and back-office processes.
• Document all specialties in the EHR and mentor/train MA team.
