Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA program preferred.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program is preferred.
• Certifications CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/CMAC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support providers during clinic visits.
• Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties.
• Rooming patients and completing intake.
• Assisting providers with patient care.
• Documenting in Cerner; front office tasks.
• Phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
• Scan and maintain medical records; prepare exam rooms.
