• Interview and record patients' medical information and monitor vital signs as part of routine visits.
• Maintains CLIA-waived lab testing and practice-specific diagnostic testing per standards.
• Operates Point of Care testing and performs QC/maintenance as applicable.
• Leads lower-level staff with direction and training.
• Manages documentation and ensures test results are communicated to the care team.

Aufgaben

• Interview and record patients' medical information and measure vital signs.
• Update health maintenance and identify medication changes at each visit.
• Complete CLIA approved waived laboratory tests and POCT per orders.
• Lead lower-level staff with training and direction.
• Collect and log specimens and document test results for the care team.
• Maintain EMR system access and operate as an EMR super user.
