Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent or in High School with diploma within 13 months from start date.
• Requires 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation from a Medical Assistant program required for new hires/promotions after Oct 12, 2026.
• Certification in medical assisting (CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/CMAC) required.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and ADA.
• Knowledge of Business Unit Quality Programs/Standard Work Programs within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of standard laboratory and medical procedures.
• Knowledge of insurance plans and third-party payers.
• Ability to master standard clinical competencies per policy.
• Basic math and accurate data collection/entry skills.
• Must meet technical and physical standards.
• ICD-10 and CPT coding knowledge preferred

Responsabilidades

• Room patients and document vital signs.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures and treatments.
• Perform chart prep and pre-visit review for provider.
• Review medical histories, medications, allergies, and test results before appointments.
• Support patient flow and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
