The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years of experience, CMA/CCMA/RMA/NCMA/CMAC certification, BLS, and knowledge of OSHA/CLIA. This on-site position offers stable hours and a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• New hires after Oct 12, 2026 require graduation from a Medical Assistant program.
• Current CMA/CCMA/RMA/NCMA/CMAC certification is required.
• AHA Basic Life Support for healthcare workers certification is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and ADA.
• Knowledge of insurance plans and third-party payers.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support providers during clinic visits.
• Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties.
• Rooming patients and completing intake.
• Assisting providers with patient care.
• Managing patient messages and scanning/maintaining medical records.
• Preparing exam rooms and supporting clinic workflow.
