Job summary

Berkshire Medical Center is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support practitioners with patient care and procedures. You will float to different offices within Berkshire County to ensure smooth office flow and timely service for patients.

Requirements include a Medical Assistant program, CPR, and strong communication. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a presencial work model, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician's office preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines and strong clerical skills required.
• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and basic medical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners in procedures and patient care as part of the clinical team.
• Float to multiple offices as needed to meet staffing needs and maintain office flow.
• Travel to other Berkshire County office sites and support scheduling and patient readiness.
