Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from a Medical Assistant program required.
• Current CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/CMAC/NHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support providers during clinic visits.
• Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties.
• Document in Cerner and maintain medical records.
• Prepare exam rooms and support clinic workflow.
• Perform basic lab work and phlebotomy as needed.
