Job Description

Credentialed Medical Assistant II, Family Medicine

Position Highlights:

• Sign-on Bonus: $6,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!
• Shift Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Department: Family Medicine
• Location: 147 Peachtree Lane, Advance, NC 27006

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree preferred
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Five (5) years of CMA/RMA experience (or eligible for promotion without 5 years)
• Good standing in department with meets/exceeds expectations

Must Have Certification from One of the Following:

• CMA (AAMA), CCMA (NHA), NCMA (NCCT), RMA (AMT), RMA (American Allied Health), NCMSMA (NHCWA), NRCMA (NAHP), NRMA (NRMA)

• Update health maintenance, medication changes, and allergies
• Perform CLIA waived tests and diagnostic procedures
