Atlantic Medical Management, LLC is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to provide patient care under physician direction, perform front-desk duties, and support clinical workflows in our Richlands, NC office.

You will update NextGen EHR, take histories, assist with examinations, prepare medications, and participate in quality improvement. Strong communication, organization, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Certified Medical Assistant program.
• Pediatric MA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and greet patients professionally.
• Front desk check-in/out and collect copayments.
• Update patient records in NextGen EHR.
• Assist in coordinating appointments and patient care from pre-visit to post-visit.
• Take medical histories and record vital signs.
• Assist physician during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed.
• Perform in-house laboratory tests.
