NeighborHealth in Boston seeks a Medical Assistant to support providers, manage patient flow, and assist with non-skilled nursing tasks. You will prepare clinics and ensure test results and instruments are ready per department protocol.

Minimum qualifications include HS Diploma/GED and CMA program completion, with one year of medical assisting and customer service experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED and CMA program completed.
• One year of Medical Assisting experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Vital signs and general patient assessment.
• Pulse oximetry and use of O2 equipment.
• Obtaining EKGs and coordinating basic labs.
• Prepare for clinics and ensure test results and instruments are ready.
• Support providers and manage efficient patient flow.
