• Medical Assistant I: provide supportive patient care under supervision; ensure patient safety and comfort; perform delegated tasks per physician/RN
• Medical Assistant II: include all MA I duties; administer injectables and perform advanced clinical tasks; require additional experience and/or certification
• Medical Assistant III: include all MA I and II duties; perform high-level clinical procedures; serve as a resource for less experienced staff

High School Diploma or GED

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

Certification/registration as a Medical Assistant or 1 year MA experience

BLS certification (American Heart Association)
