Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is hiring Medical Assistants at levels I–III in Houston. The role supports patient care under supervision, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels, including injectables and advanced clinical tasks for MA II/III.

A strong foundation in medical terminology and computer skills is required. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $32.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and eligibility-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program OR 1 year of directly related experience without certification.
• Basic medical/nursing terminology required.
• Computer proficiency required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive patient care functions under supervision.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in accordance with legal and professional standards.
• Perform delegated tasks as directed by a physician or RN.
• Administer injectables and perform advanced clinical tasks for MA II/III as applicable.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced staff in MA III.
