All levels contribute to patient care under licensed professionals, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels.

Pay is based on local labor markets and experience, ranging from $16.00 to $32.00 per hour for full-time roles, with a comprehensive benefits package. This position offers development opportunities and a clear path to more advanced clinical roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• No experience required with MA cert/registration or 1 year of related MA experience without cert.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Basic medical/nursing terminology.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive patient care under supervision.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort per standards.
• Perform delegated tasks by physician or RN.
• MA II: administer injectables and advanced clinical tasks.
• MA III: perform high-level procedures and mentor less experienced staff.
