Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking Medical Assistant candidates at I, II, and III levels to support patient care under supervision across multiple specialties. Roles placed by level based on qualifications and experience, with increasing responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $32.00 per hour for full-time roles, with a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• No experience required with certification/registration OR 1 year of directly related Medical Assistant experience without certification/registration.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Basic medical/nursing terminology.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• MA I: Provide supportive patient care functions under supervision; Ensure patient safety and comfort; Perform delegated tasks as directed by a physician or RN.
• MA II: Includes all duties of MA I; Administer injectables and perform advanced clinical tasks; Requires additional experience and/or certification.
• MA III: Includes all duties of MA I and II; Perform high-level clinical procedures; Serve as a resource for less experienced staff.
