Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program or CT CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification.
• Certification as BLS Provider from AHA required within 90 days of hire.
• Credentials must be maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, patient history, screenings, and health maintenance tasks.
• Assist providers with in-house procedures and tests.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, chart prep, referrals, and prior authorizations.
