Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for the NE-SHEBOYGAN SOUTH TAYLOR CLINIC facility. This on-site, part-time position (0.6 FTE) involves assisting providers, maintaining BLS certification, and supporting patient-centered care. The MA may cross-train across sites and float to optimize clinic operations.

Education: HS diploma or GED with MA program/LPN/EMT-Basic, or MA training/apprenticeship. Licensure: BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus MA program, LPN program, or EMT-Basic course.
• One year of on-the-job MA training or completion of an MA Apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during patient visits and maintain basic life support certifications.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient comfort.
• Cross-train to support multiple sites and float as needed.
