Bronson Family Medicine – Helmer Rd., Battle Creek, is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant. You will perform general nursing functions, record vital signs, take patient histories, educate patients on medications and care, and support providers with clinic operations.

Prior MA program completion or CMA/RMA certification is required or within 6 months of hire. Responsibilities include assisting with examinations, preparing patients for procedures, performing routine testing and phlebotomy, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA certification preferred.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• Demonstrates ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsabilités

• Record vital signs and patient history under physician supervision.
• Assist with examinations and procedures in the family medicine clinic.
• Administer treatments and collect specimens for testing as directed.
• Enter data and document in patient charts using EMR.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to ensure coordinated care.
