Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage flow, escort to discharge counter.
• Obtain patient history, measure vitals, and chart information.
• Explain procedures and prepare exam room for provider.
• Prepare and hand instruments; clean and sterilize as directed.
• Administer injections, med administrations, dress wounds, and draw blood.
• Perform CLIA-waived lab tests and collect specimens.
• Assist with registrations and basic clerical duties.
• Manage referrals, scheduling, and patient callbacks.
