Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant program preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 2 years medical assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage flow, and escort to discharge counter.
• Take patient history, triage, measure vitals, document.
• Explain procedures and prep exam rooms for providers.
• Sterilize instruments and assist with procedures as directed.
• Perform basic in-clinic tests and draw blood as needed.
• Assist with registration and clerical duties as required.
• Handle lab specimens, specimens labeling, and shipments.
• Maintain safe, confidential environment and safety protocol.
