Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification required.
• Front office experience including handling insurance and VOB knowledge.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Exercise background is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk duties: multi-line phone system, greet patients, route calls.
• Take patient vitals, perform EKG and phlebotomy as needed.
• Assist with IM injections and prepare lab orders.
• Maintain patient records in EMR and monitor inventory of supplies.
• Support clinic marketing efforts and daily office operations.
