Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification required.
• Front office experience with insurance and VOB knowledge.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals, perform EKG and phlebotomy.
• Administer IM injections and prepare lab orders.
• Manage front-office duties including calls and patient greeting.
• Document in EMR and coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor inventory and support clinic marketing and daily procedures.
