Job summary

Medi-Weightloss of Pennsylvania is seeking a Medical Assistant to support both clinical and front office operations at our Berwyn/West Chester/Coatesville locations. The role includes taking vitals, performing EKGs, phlebotomy, patient check-ins, and handling administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have Medical Assistant certification, front office experience with insurance knowledge, and experience with EKG and phlebotomy.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification required.
• Front office experience including insurance and VOB knowledge.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Experience and training in exercise is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and front office duties.
• Handle administrative tasks such as multi-line phone system, follow-up calls, patient greeting, inventory monitoring, document scanning, and staff training.
• Support clinical staff with phlebotomy, injections, lab forms, referrals, EMR documentation, and progress follow-up.
