Job summary

PPTNM in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to join a patient-centered clinical team. You will greet patients, take vitals, document history, and support exams and procedures using EPIC.

This non-exempt, hourly role requires CMA or LPN licensure, 1–2 years of healthcare or customer service experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years healthcare or direct customer service experience preferred.
• CMA or LPN licensure is required.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism.
• Take and record vital signs and patient history.
• Maintain exam rooms and ensure sterility between visits.
• Assist clinicians with gynecological and reproductive health procedures.
• Perform basic lab tasks and sample processing.
• Educate patients on reproductive health and contraception.
