• Apply DME and prepare for in-office procedures.
• Prepare guests with all clinical and administrative information needed for surgery as directed by physician.
• Assist with documentation in the medical record.
• Complete all chart prep.
• Send/receive medical records.
• Check-in guests, verify insurance, and collect copays.
• Provide support for front desk and DOC team members.
