OnSite Care, Inc. is seeking a patient-oriented and dedicated medical assistant to assist our providers in South Jordan, Utah. The ideal candidate will display excellent customer service skills and have the ability to multi-task. This role encompasses both front and back office responsibilities including scheduling appointments, assisting patients, and preparing treatment rooms.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Medical Assisting program.
• 1 to 2 years experience working in an outpatient setting.
• 1 or more years demonstrated customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and greet patients.
• Collect vital signs and document information in EMR.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms.

Skills

Customer service skills

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Experience in outpatient setting

EMR knowledge

Education

Medical Assisting program completion

Certification as a phlebotomist, EMT, LPN or similar
