Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience working in an outpatient setting.
• 1 or more years demonstrated customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments and greet patients.
• Prepare patients to be seen by provider, including collecting vital signs.
• Document patient information in EMR.
