Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate from an accredited program is required.
• Excellent patient care, communication, teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them according to protocols.
• Take vitals and weight; room patients for Physicians/APCs.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries; schedule appointments.
• Collect co-pays and payments; obtain external medical reports as needed.
• Ensure patient information is accurate, including billing details.
• Maintain reception area; ensure cleanliness and confidentiality.
• Assist with charting and infusion vitals/administration; monitor during infusion.
• Support front and back-office duties; multi-task in fast-paced environment.
