Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. is seeking a friendly Medical Assistant to join our team. You will greet patients, take vitals, assist with infusions, and support physicians and APCs with front- and back-office duties.

We value accuracy, compassionate patient care, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office environment. A Medical Assistant diploma or certificate is required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate from an accredited facility.
• Bilingual in Spanish (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them according to established protocols.
• Assist patients to complete forms and documentation including medical insurance.
• Schedule patient appointments and collect co-pays.
• Answer inquiries and maintain patient privacy.
• Assist with charting and infusion procedures as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized reception area.
