Responsibilities

• Take vitals and assist with rooming for physicians/APCs.
• Answer inquiries and manage phone calls.
• Schedule appointments and collect payments.
• Maintain patient privacy and accurate billing data.
• Assist with charting and infusion-related tasks.
• Maintain reception area and stock medical supplies.
• Obtain external medical reports as required.
