Responsibilities

• Escort patients from reception to exam room, document vitals and chief complaint, and notify physician when ready.
• Stock exam rooms with supplies and maintain room cleanliness between patients.
• Handle front desk duties as needed and support scheduling, billing, and records.
• Register patients, update demographics, and collect co-payments when appropriate.
• Assist with billing, dictation, and processing of referrals and lab requests.
