Qualifications

• Comfortable with back office responsibilities.
• Vaccination evidence as required for immunocompromised patients.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients from reception to exam room and document vitals and chief complaint.
• Stock exam rooms with supplies and maintain inventory.
• Handle front desk duties including scheduling, billing, and phone calls.
• Register patients, collect co-pays, and coordinate referrals.
• Process medical records requests and dictation as needed.
• Obtain laboratory specimens and prepare for lab pickup.
• Ensure superbills are completed at visit end.
