Job summary

Charles River Medical Associate in Northborough, MA seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to support a busy Internal Medicine and Weight Management practice. You will handle patient flow, vitals, EMR updates, and basic tests in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate embraces a positive attitude, proactive approach, and calm professionalism. Phlebotomy training is available and Epic experience is preferred. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• Blood Draw/Phlebotomy training available for interested candidates.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Epic Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow by guiding patients from waiting room to exam room and updating vitals.
• Perform routine office tests and prepare exam rooms with instruments and materials.
• Assist physicians and nurses with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Handle check-out functions and coordinate referrals as needed.
