Job summary

ZoomCare is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Seattle-area clinics. You will schedule in-person and telehealth visits, update medical records, check patients in/out, and support lab processing and specimen handling.

You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, patient‑focused team committed to quality care. The role requires 1+ year MA experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Google Suite and AthenaOne.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out, maintain demographic and insurance information and process payments.
• Perform vital signs, blood draws, finger sticks and EKGs.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures and deliver vaccinations as applicable.
• Maintain clinic inventory and basic medical equipment.
• Support patient experience with accurate charting and privacy compliance.
