Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and nursing leadership. You will perform administrative and clinical tasks to ensure a seamless patient experience, from greeting patients to assisting during examinations and procedures.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and collaborative teamwork within Michigan-based healthcare facilities. A formal MA program completion and BLS-C certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with completion of a formal clinical externship (160-hour minimum).
• Current BLS-C certification upon hire or by end of orientation.
