Dermatology Partners in the United States is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and help deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, obtaining patient histories, documenting in the EMR, and educating patients on treatment plans.

You will uphold HIPAA guidelines, maintain clinical efficiency, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced dermatology practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures.
• Obtain patient histories and inform care plans.
• Document exams and notes in the EMR with accuracy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and high ethical standards.
• Assist with medications, sutures, and allergy test patches as needed.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and respond to patient messages within 24 hours.
• Support start-of-day and end-of-day tasks to keep clinic operations smooth.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver excellent patient care.
