You will prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, collect patient histories, and educate patients on treatment plans, upholding our core values of service and integrity.

Responsibilities include accurate patient intake, meticulous documentation in the EMR, and ensuring a smooth clinical operation with timely follow-ups and efficient prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate patient intake with history and chief complaints.

• Assist with procedures, including sutures and local anesthesia as needed.
• Complete prior authorizations and medication requests efficiently.
• Schedule follow-ups and respond to patient messages within 24 hours.
