Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with current certification/registration, or at least 6 months MA clinic experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and patient coordination.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, patient history, venipuncture, lab, x-ray, referrals, and patient messages as directed.
• Gathers and documents patient condition information including lab values and pain levels.
• Participates in plan of care development and implements patient care interventions.
• Manages large call volume while maintaining courteous telephone etiquette.
• Organizes workflow to meet patient needs in a timely manner.
