Job summary

INTEGRIS Health seeks a full-time Medical Assistant or LPN for the Ortho Central Outpatient Clinic in Oklahoma City, OK. Day shift, benefits eligible, and role involves direct patient care and essential support to the clinical team.

The candidate will gather patient information, assist with assessments, monitor status, and participate in care planning, including non-narcotic medication administration. Strong communication and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification/registration; OR 6 of months of clinic MA experience.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or multi-state license.
• CPR/BLS within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents patient condition data (lab values, pain levels, education needs).
• Contributes to patient assessment/re-assessment.
• Monitors and documents patient status.
• Assists in developing and evaluating the plan of care; may administer medications (non-narcotics).
• Manages high call volume with professional telephone etiquette.
• Organizes workflow to meet patient needs promptly.
• Performs venipuncture, EKG, waived tests, and other procedures as assigned.
• Reports changes to physician and to clinic manager or supervisor.
