Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the patient and provider throughout the patient visit.
• Ensures patient and provider are prepared for the visit.
• Completes documentation including patient registration when needed.
• Provides excellent patient service with effective communication over the phone and in person.
• Maintains clinical knowledge, skills, training, and credentials.
