Job summary

Vancouver Clinic in Vancouver, WA is hiring a Medical Assistant for Internal Medicine at the Columbia Tech Center location. Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination, and assisting with overall delivery of patient care.

EMTs and CNAs are welcome to apply with on‑site training to obtain WA MA credential. Expect start times between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $20.19–$28.27 per hour and a $2,500 hire bonus for eligible

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Room patients and collect necessary information for intake.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist with care delivery.
• Support overall patient flow and be involved in on-the-job training to operate at top of scope.

$2,500 Hire Bonus Available Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Medical Assistant for Internal Medicine at our Columbia Tech Center location! Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination, assisting with overall delivery of patient care, and receiving additional hands‑on training to work at top of scope. EMTs and experienced CNAs are welcome to apply. Expectation to receive onsite training and obtain Washington State MA‑R credential. Location: Columbia Tech Center (501 SE 172nd Ave – Vancouver, WA 98684) Schedule: Monday through Friday, Start times vary between 6:30AM to 5:00PM depending on position. Hiring rate starts at $20.59/hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Active WA State Department of Health Medical Assistant‑Certified credential, hiring range starts at $22.25/hour and goes up based on experience.

Bonus awarded is prorated by FTE and subject to repayment terms and applicable tax withholding. Eligible new hires only.

Pay Range: $20.19 - $28.27

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Combination of experience and training resulting in a nationally recognized MA certification
• Completion of a formal MA program
• Formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces
• EMT training and certification
• Experienced and licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Must obtain Washington State Medical Assistant credential within required timeframe and maintain in active status throughout employment.
• Current healthcare provider BLS required
• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred
