JMA Pediatrics in Wake Forest, NC seeks a full-time Medical Assistant CMA or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join a skilled team. Responsibilities include patient intake, vital signs, phlebotomy, vaccines, and assisting providers during exams and procedures.

Qualifications require CMA or RMA certification, proficiency with EHR systems and outpatient care, and BLS. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or RMA certification required.
• Experience with vital signs, data collection and patient intake.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and outpatient workflows.
• Basic life support certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Take and record vital signs, height, weight, vision and hearing.
• Gather medical and social history data from patients and families.
• Review medications, allergies and preferred pharmacy.
• Assist provider during treatments and procedures.
• Administer vaccines under provider supervision.
• Collect specimens, perform phlebotomy, basic lab tests.
• Prepare patient with follow-up instructions and education materials.
• Support growth through coordination of specialty programs as assigned.
