Job summary

SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Wisconsin is seeking Medical Assistants (MA, CMA or RMA) and licensed EMTs/Paramedics/LPNs to join a clinic team. Duties include patient rooming, in-office procedures, injections, and Epic EMR tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
• Wisconsin ONLY - High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience, and graduate from medical assistant school or training program or education equivalency for certification.
• Experience of No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with treatments ordered by provider as supervised by provider or registered nurse.
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients’ charts.
• Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
• Performs basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, scheduling patients, and filing.
• Performs basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies.
• May document the provider’s encounter with patients and transcribe orders.
