Job summary

DelRicht Research in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to create a welcoming clinic environment and conduct patient visits in compliance with trial protocols. You will screen, enroll, and retain participants, guide them through study requirements, and maintain accurate data across our systems.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn study processes quickly.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience; a medical or clinical background is ideal.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to find solutions when priorities shift or situations are uncertain.
• Careful attention to detail and the organizational skills to manage competing demands.
• The ability to learn study protocols, systems, and clinical workflows quickly.
• A patient-focused approach and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
• Comfort performing blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, and charting during patient visits. Training will be provided.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required.

• Guide participants through their study requirements and help them attend and complete scheduled visits.
• Record clinical data accurately and submit it on time in the required systems.
• Keep patients, physicians, and other stakeholders informed through clear, timely communication.

Schedule, Location, and Compensation

Employment: Full-time, 40+ hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: On-site in Hendersonville, TN; occasional travel to Smyrna, TN

Base salary: $60,000-65,000

Estimated total annual compensation: $66,000-75,000, including potential earnings through the Quarterly Bonus Plan. Bonuses are earned quarterly based on individual performance and productivity; total compensation is not guaranteed.
