DelRicht Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to deliver high-quality patient care in our two Tennessee clinics. You will screen, enroll, and support participants, coordinate visits, and ensure data is recorded accurately, while communicating clearly with patients and clinical teams.

Training for clinical skills is provided as needed. The role is full-time, on-site in Hendersonville and Smyrna, with 8am–5pm schedule and a base salary of $60,000–$65,000, plus quarterly bonuses and

• 1+ years of professional experience in a medical or clinical environment.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows.
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset.
• Candidates must be comfortable performing clinical skills (blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, charting) in patient visits - we are happy to train!
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

DelRicht Research is seeking a candidate who is excited about patient care and clinical research! This position is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with patients and clinical teams. We’re looking for a quick learner, confident communicator, and independent team player who adapts well to change. Candidates with experience in working with people through customer service, healthcare, sales, hospitality, or other fast-paced professional environments may bring highly transferable skills to this position. Previous research experience is not required!

Clinical Research Coordinator

Overall, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies, ensuring:

Job Type: Full-Time, 40+ hrs

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Location: On-site supporting two clinics: Hendersonville, TN and Smyrna, TN

Base Salary: $60,000-$65,000

Total Annual Compensation Potential: through our Quarterly Bonus Plan, annual earnings are estimated at $66,000-$75,000. Total compensation is not guaranteed pay; bonuses are earned quarterly dependent upon an employee's performance and productivity.
