Job summary

Bookmark Medical seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to join a clinic-based team in Peoria, AZ. The role is full-time (30+ hours) with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and no weekend shifts.

You will greet patients, take vitals, assist clinicians, perform point-of-care testing, and document in the EHR. A accredited MA program and MA certification are required, with 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.

• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends - no Saturday or Sunday shifts
