Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our provider-centered team. This full-time, clinic-based role supports exams, vaccinations, and patient care with a Monday–Friday schedule and standard 8-hour shifts.

You will take vitals, document in the EHR, assist providers, and help coordinate referrals and patient education. Accredited MA training or equivalent and MA certification are required; 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.

• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends - no Saturday or Sunday shifts
