Qualifications

• State or national certification (as required by state).
• 1 year experience as a medical assistant.
• CPR or BLS Certification.
• Electronic Medical Record experience.
• Computer skills: Gmail, MS Word/Google Docs, Excel/Sheets.
• Proficiency in non-English languages as required by the center's demographics.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow, room patients timely, and complete vital signs.
• Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient requests for telephonic support.
• Administer vaccinations and point-of-care tests per state rules.
• Import documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload.
• Participate in care team meetings and clinic operations.
