CompuGroup Medical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant – Care Coordinator to support Medicare RPM and CCM patients on-site in Barnwell, SC. You will engage high-risk patients through structured outreach, monitor vital signs, and educate on health management.

Responsibilities include five dozen outbound calls daily, coordinating RPM devices, documenting in EHRs, and following tailored care plans to improve patient outcomes. Monday–Friday, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

• Active National Certified Medical Assistant required (NCMA/NRMA) to expedite hiring.

• Provide education on nutrition, exercise, medication adherence, and lifestyle choices.

Instead, you will serve as a key point of contact for high-risk patients with multiple chronic conditions — helping them stay engaged, compliant, and on track with their care plans through structured outreach and monitoring.
