Job summary

CompuGroup Medical, Inc. in Thomson, GA is seeking a Medical Assistant – Care Coordinator to support Medicare RPM and CCM programs on-site, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

You will conduct 50+ outbound calls daily, document in EHRs, monitor RPM device data, educate patients on device use, and help keep personalized care plans on track. Active NCMA certification and CCM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA/NRMA) required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare-related experience.
• Minimum 1 year in Chronic Care Management services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong documentation and EHR proficiency.
• Willingness to work on-site Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

Instead, you will serve as a key point of contact for high-risk patients with multiple chronic conditions — helping them stay engaged, compliant, and on track with their care plans through structured outreach and monitoring.
